What sizes do I need for an iOS app icon?
A complete AppIcon set has 15 sizes in total, spanning 20 × 20 up to 180 × 180 for iPhone and iPad, plus the 1024 × 1024 App Store marketing icon. Layerico exports all 15 with a matching Contents.json.
Does Layerico produce an Xcode asset catalog?
Yes. It generates the correctly named PNGs and a Contents.json with the right idiom for each slot, so you can drop the whole AppIcon.appiconset straight into Xcode.
Why does the 1024px App Store icon look different?
Apple rejects App Store icons that contain an alpha channel. Layerico flattens the 1024 × 1024 icon onto a solid background during export so your submission passes validation.
